Two small-group journeys for Christians in the middle of the road, based on the 7,000 Knees courses On the Way and Victory Through the Holy Spirit. Each meets live on Zoom for one hour a week. If you want to go further, add a retreat together in Italy.

This cohort walks you through each one, together with a small group, so you know where you stand and can build on solid ground.

This cohort shows what God has already given you through the Holy Spirit, and how to walk in it every day, in five lessons that are easy to remember: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
